Question: What versions of Sage 100 are currently supported?
Answer: Sage 100 2022 is here and, according to Sage’s product lifecycle, which means we have reached the End of Support (EOS) for Sage 100 version 2019.
- Retired versions have limited phone support or support is no longer available – i.e., Sage 100 Customer Support may decline to support, and is no longer making callback appointments or researching issues for, retired Sage 100 (formerly Sage MAS 90 or 200) versions
- Sage reserves the right to determine if and when Product Updates and Hot Fixes will be issued.
We as your business partner can still work with you and help get you upgraded to newer versions, but we may not be able get help from Sage Support usually on the older retired versions.
We recommend if you are on Sage 100 version 2019 or older to discuss upgrading with ourselves or you current Sage business partner.
